What is Metal Fabrication?

The Metal Fabrication Process

Before starting the metal fabrication process, it is important to ensure that the specs and model sketches for the part or end product you need fabricated are completely accurate. Our team can help you put together the designs and specs for your project, if need be, so that we can make sure everything is properly planned out before we start any fabrication work.

With the finalized design in place, our professional fabricators will use specific techniques to shape and form the metal material of your choice into the part or product outlined in the design specs. At this point, we will use a variety of different machines to clamp the metal so that it can be welded into place. Our team will then complete the finishing touches based on the design requirements, such as passivation, laser marking, surface preparation, polishing, or powder coating.
